Members
(1) The short story group is open to all writers.
(2) The short story group will remain a free and friendly forum for writers to develop their writing skills.
(3) All stories remain the copy written property of the author.
(4) Members are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the Short Story Group. If you have time to contribute, please contact the group admin.
Short Story Submission Procedure
(1) Once accepted into the group, members will be given access to the Short Story Group message board.
(2) To remain in the group and on the active submission list, members must critique at least five stories per month. There is no minimum requirement for length of the critique, however, please remember that it is participation that makes this group work. The more time and effort you put into this, the better the group will function for all.
(3) Short story submissions must not exceed 5000 words. If you have a longer story, please contact the SSG Admin in advance and this issue of length can be discussed.
The Short Story group recently re-opened as a public forum. A private group will be opening soon. If you are interested in joining, please go to the forum and look in the "General Discussion."
